\nGrowth and Brand Marketing Manager, Premium Wellness Brand, Abu Dhabi
\n
\nTHE BUSINESS
\nAn established premium wellness brand in Abu Dhabi, known for refined aesthetics, a high-quality client experience and a strong community. The business is entering a significant expansion phase and is building the team to scale with it. This is a visible, high-impact opportunity to shape the brand and its growth, with written decision rights and direct access to the founder.
\n
\nTHE ROLE
\nA hands-on, commercial role owning the marketing plan and the full funnel, from acquisition through to retention and loyalty. You will turn the business's priorities into one clear campaign a month, direct an external agency and hold their work to the brand standard. You will decide what gets made and whether it is good.
\n
\n— Plan one campaign and one content calendar a month, with a concise brief for each, true to the brand guide and tone of voice
\n— Brief the external agency, review their work against agreed criteria, and approve it or send it back
\n— Run the weekly review of paid acquisition, led by Meta with TikTok and Google as needed, owning budget allocation and cost per new member
\n— Own the retention engine across email, WhatsApp and the app, including reactivation, referral and loyalty journeys
\n— Segment the client base and drive repeat bookings and occupancy
\n— Maintain tracking discipline and turn weekly performance into clear business recommendations
\n— Brief the studio team on content and support workshops, launches and events
\n— Support first-visit conversion and retention moments alongside the studio team
\n— Use AI tools to speed up briefs, copy and campaign variations, with every asset approved by a person before it goes live
\n
\nTHE ESSENTIALS

\n— Full-time
\n— Salary competitive, dependent on experience
\n— Employment visa sponsored
\n— Medical health insurance in line with company policy
\n— Reporting directly to the founder
\n— Start immediate, flexible for the right candidate
\n
\nTHE CANDIDATE
\nA commercially minded marketer with a sense of ownership and genuine taste, who thinks in bookings, occupancy and retention and cares as much about keeping clients as winning them. You are comfortable driving things forward independently and working within clear decision rights.
\n
\n— Three to five years in marketing at a consumer, membership, hospitality or retail brand, hands-on across paid, CRM and organic
\n— Wellness, fitness or membership background strongly preferred
\n— Proven experience managing an agency against a written brief and a fixed budget, including sending work back
\n— Able to read Meta Ads Manager well enough to challenge an agency on cost per lead and cost per acquisition
\n— Confident turning numbers into decisions rather than reports
\n— Clear English, written and spoken, with confidence managing stakeholders from the founder to the studio team
\n— A refined, premium sensibility, able to judge creative and messaging against a high-end brand
\n— Uses AI tools in daily work for briefs, copy, planning and analysis
